The RoleYou own the full closing motion on high‑intent US inbound: discovery, pitch, negotiation, signature. You're not just hitting quota — you're building the sales machine as you close. Six months in, the closed pipeline speaks for itself and the playbook is documented well enough that the next hire plugs in on day one.

Closing & Pipeline
- Run discovery and closing calls on qualified US inbound — diagnose, match, close.
- Manage multi‑stakeholder deals end‑to‑end with disciplined follow‑up; nothing rots in the pipeline.
- Re‑engage dormant accounts for upsell and referrals.
Systems, CRM & AI Automation
- Own Hub Spot: clean records, accurate stages, live forecast.
- Use Claude daily to prep calls, personalize outreach, summarize meetings, draft follow‑ups — output like a team of three.
- Automate repeatable work in Zapier, n8n, and Hub Spot and Claude Cowork workflows.
- Build and iterate the playbooks, call frameworks, and onboarding handoffs the next closer inherits.
Strategy & Cross‑Functional Impact
- Feed deal‑room intel back to marketing, product, and CS.
- Provide sharp input on pricing, packaging, and offer structure — you hear the market first.
- Help define the KPIs and dashboards this sales function scales on.
Must‑Have
- Native or C2 English; fluent in how American buyers think, negotiate, and sign.
- 5+ years closing high‑ticket B2B (marketing, consulting, coaching, education, or AI SaaS).
- Track record building a sales function from scratch — playbooks, CRM architecture, process.
- Fluent in Hub Spot (or equivalent) with a real philosophy on pipeline hygiene.
- Hands‑on AI operator shipping daily with Claude and Claude Cowork— not curious, operational.
- Agency, performance marketing, or AI SaaS background
- Zapier / n8n automation experience
- US network of founder‑or marketing‑level buyers
- Someone who works inbound with the urgency of a cold prospector — zero entitlement.
- Automation‑first: done it manually twice, you've already built the workflow.
- Radically transparent on forecast, energized by being measured weekly.
- The kind of closer who leaves the pipeline in better shape than you found it — for yourself and whoever comes next.
