SalesManager Healthcare APAC (m/f/x) The job
- Responsible for revenue, sales and market development in the APAC region
- Develop the regional sales strategy through a deep understanding of industry and customer requirements, market trends and competitor activity
- Employ effective sales and marketing strategies to meet sales plan and achieve specified objectives
- Manage direct and indirect sales channels
- Negotiate sales contracts
- Support LAP sales processes: maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM data
- Track goals aligned with business objectives
- Represent the company and products at customers, trade shows and events
- Position requires minimum 20% travel
- Degree in business, medical or engineering related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical sales industry channel management or 5 years clinical experience as Radiation Therapist or Dosimetrist
- Ideally successful sales or sales‑related experience
- Proven problem‑solving skills
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook; CRM System, ERP System
- Good communication skills with flexibility and a positive attitude
- Excellent negotiation, persuasiveness and sales skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact confidently with customers and provide training on equipment and products
- Highly motivated and organized; capable of working independently
- Ability to handle difficult situations with calm and discretion
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees and business partners in a professional manner
- A good and supportive team player for the organization
