Are you a Problem Solver? We are looking for a Sales Professional who wants to do more than sell. We need a partner to consult with customers and provide solutions for appliance and Renovation Projects in the Multi‑Housing Industry.

Our goal is to reach $100 Million+ in the next 5 years, and we want you to grow with us. This is not just a job; it is an opportunity to build a long‑term, high‑level career with a fast‑scaling company.

What You Will Do
  • Consult & Solve:
    Partner with customers to recommend the right solutions for renovation projects.
  • Drive Growth:
    Actively generate new business and identify new opportunities within the territory.
  • Own the Field:
    Conduct site visits, take field measurements, and lead customer meetings.
  • Manage Accounts:
    Build and grow relationships with multifamily and construction clients.
  • Master Your Pipeline:
    Use CRM tools to track opportunities and stay on track to achieve your commission targets.
  • Collaborate:
    Work with internal teams to ensure every renovation project is a success.
What we are looking for
  • A strong sales professional who knows how to build relationships, solve customer problems, and close business.
  • Experience in cabinet sales, multifamily, construction, renovation, or related industries is highly valued.
  • Confidence working directly with customers in the field.
  • Ability to understand project needs, take measurements, and guide solutions.
  • Experience with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline. Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a territory.
