Territory Manager

Weather Shield, now a part of the Pella Family of Brands, is seeking a Territory Manager to manage the Massachusetts – Maine territory. The Territory Manager is responsible for the promotion and sales of Weather Shield window and door products in a specified territory. Maintaining current accounts and prospecting new accounts. Promote Weather Shield products across the territory, driving account growth.

The ideal candidate will have window and door or similar industry experience and proven success growing accounts and driving sales. This position will have a home office and will mostly work in the field with monthly travel to accounts within the assigned territory.

• $60,000 base salary and uncapped commission structure
