A growing title and escrow services organization is seeking a Business Development Representative, Bilingual Spanish to expand client relationships and generate new business throughout the Orlando real estate market. - Develop and maintain relationships with REALTORS®, mortgage lenders, real estate investors, attorneys, and other real estate industry professionals.
- Generate new business opportunities, referral partnerships, and prospective client leads.
- Promote title and escrow services through networking, client meetings, and consistent outreach.
- Attend industry events, community functions, and professional meetings to build market presence.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to strengthen long‑term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Represent the organization professionally within the real estate marketplace.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Base salary starting at $40,000 annually, with higher starting compensation considered based on relevant industry experience.
- Salary range: $40,000 to $50,000 per year.
- 15% commission on policies sold.
- Primarily remote position with occasional in‑office attendance required for training sessions and client meetings.
- Company credit card provided for approved business expenses, including fuel, networking, client lunches, and dinners (expense reporting required).
- One week of paid vacation during the first year.
- Two weeks of paid vacation beginning in the second year.
- Additional unpaid time off may be available with approval.
