job overviewwe are seeking a motivated and results‑driven purchasing and sales assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for following:
- ordering of electronic components
- negotiate price with vendors
- create purchase orders and manage po from inception through delivery
- keep track of orders and deliveries
- expedite po's
- build relationships with current vendors and establish new vendors
- sending out email campaigns
- working with sales team to support administrative duties
- answer phones
- research leads that come in from the websites
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client and vendor interactions.
- strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- experience in account management
