As a District Sales Manager, you'll collaborate with the Director of Sales and Customer Service Representatives to boost throughput of food and non-food products.
Your role includes building strong customer relationships, enhancing profitability, and leveraging effective Salesforce management. You will also work closely with brokers and direct sales representatives to foster business development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build customer relationships and manage daily operations
• Collaborate with brokers to increase sales
• Provide supply chain solutions in real-time
• Improve net margin profitability for accounts
• Manage customer deductions and issues effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
• Two years of sales experience in the food industry preferred
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent planning and time management skills
