TD provides a full range of financial products and services across its branch network, telephone, internet banking, and TD Green Machine automated banking machines. This role is part of the Mobile Mortgage Sales Force, focusing on business development and mobile mortgage sales.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.
• Target and pursue mortgage sales opportunities through referrals and owned customer base.
• Complete targeted sales training to build sales skills and credit knowledge.
• Collaborate with Senior District Sales Manager for joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions.
• Operate within TD's sales management system to track and manage performance.

• Proven sales track record in mortgage or related financial products.
• Strong capability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and strategic approach to building a customer base.
• Self‑starter who is independent and self‑managed, enjoys developing new business in a fast‑paced, competitive market.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship‑management skills.
• Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication preferred.
• Post‑secondary education (preferred).
• Language requirement (Quebec only): none.
