Job Summary

TD is growing its Mobile Mortgage Sales Force and seeking proven sales professionals to join our dynamic team.

• Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.
• Participate in targeted sales training to build sales skills and credit knowledge.
• Attend comprehensive training to integrate into TD’s employee‑focused culture.
• Collaborate with the Senior District Sales Manager for joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions.
• Use the dedicated sales management system to manage sales activities.
• Achieve commissions based on sales performance, with unlimited earning potential.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships in a fast‑paced, competitive market.
• Provide essential tools for a home office (laptop, email, network access) and receive a monthly phone allowance.

• Independent, self‑managed professional with a proven sales track record.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
• Excellent customer‑service and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication preferred.
• Post‑secondary education preferred.
