Enterprise Account Executive – Field Sales

Enterprise Account Executives at Alteryx field work to drive analytic‑lead digital transformation within our customers and high‑potential prospects. To be successful, you will prospect, qualify, and close opportunities by engaging with C‑suite and Executive level, as well as driving adoption across functional business groups. You will curate trusted advisor‑level relationships, establish Alteryx as the preferred analytics platform, and create new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect new business across multiple functional areas within a highly‑targeted account list.
  • Build deep understanding of customer processes and problems; ask relevant questions.
  • Gain trust by establishing relationships with multiple buying personas.
  • Articulate value by connecting prospect business objectives with Alteryx solutions.
  • Deploy a customer‑centric approach for solution deployment.
  • Use disciplined approach to involve pre‑sales and post‑sales support.
  • Leverage industry expertise as needed.
  • Drive sales strategy by developing account plans to ensure revenue target delivery.
  • Conduct pipeline planning: manage and grow perpetual pipeline.
  • Collaborate with support organizations including marketing, alliance partners, and channels.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Alteryx platform and product portfolio.
  • Build trust through knowledge of customer requirements and value.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of quota‑carrying sales experience in a software/technology company.
  • Experience identifying and closing quick sales wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles.
  • Experience selling to and influencing C‑level executives within Global
    2000 companies.
  • Track record of qualifying and closing consultative/service‑led multi‑year and subscription‑based services.
  • Exceptional time and people management skills to marshal resources and advance opportunities.
  • Well‑versed in the data‑analytics industry and strong knowledge of competitor products and capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Compensation

Base salary range $125,000–$137,500 (x2 OTE, uncapped). Total compensation includes commission eligibility, a monthly Connectivity Plus stipend of $150, and an annual $200 home office reimbursement.
