You’ll spend most of your time in the community building relationships that generate referrals and private-pay clients.
Position SummaryThe Community Relations & Business Development Representative is responsible for developing referral partnerships and increasing awareness of First Light Home Care throughout Sacramento and Solano Counties.
Success in this role is measured by relationships built, referral sources activated, community visibility, and ultimately private-pay client growth.

Success Metrics (KPIs) Weekly- 20–25 in-person referral visits
- 10 new referral contacts
- 10 follow-up meetings
- 2 community events
- 5 lunch-and-learns or educational meetings scheduled
- 80–100 referral visits
- 30+ new referral relationships
- 15–20 qualified private-pay inquiries
- 6–10 new private-pay assessments scheduled
- 3–5 new private-pay clients started
