About the Role

We are looking for an Account Development Manager to join our team and support our growing Hedge Fund client base. This role focuses on driving value and managing commercial relationships with a fast‑growing segment of our business.

Location & Remote Details

This is a remote‑friendly opportunity that can be based in NYC, Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, or anywhere else in the U.S. Income may be subject to New York State tax withholding depending on the remote work location.

Responsibilities
  • Own and cultivate relationships with clients by:
    • Leveraging product expertise to drive value and grow user engagement
    • Acting as a trusted thought partner and providing top‑notch service
    • Advocating for client needs cross‑departmentally
    • Creating and executing account growth & engagement strategies
  • Develop rapport with key decision makers
  • Manage renewals from beginning to end
  • Identify and execute on upsell opportunities to augment contract value
  • Contribute to best‑in‑class practices within our Client Strategy team and work toward growth into Business Development or building a team of your own
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of client‑facing experience
  • Ability to build strategic relationships supporting renewal conversations, partnership presentations, and business expansion
  • Passion for client success and deep care for their investment questions and process
  • Proactive identification of value‑adding opportunities and ability to materialize them through research
  • Capacity to manage a high‑touch, high‑volume client base
  • Self‑starter and team player
  • Energized by contributing to the future of data‑driven investment research and genuinely interested in investment markets
