Location
Work available at any of our three office locations (Little Canada, Burnsville, Wayzata), depending on client meeting location.
Position OverviewThe Client Relations Specialist (CRS) focuses on building strategic referral relationships and converting potential clients through outreach, networking, follow-ups, and sales meetings, while also reinforcing the firm’s values and maintaining connections with former clients.
Responsibilities- Build relationships with referral sources via outreach activities, networking events, and follow-up campaigns, communicating the values and culture of the firm.
- Convert potential clients into clients through sales meetings and follow-up, including Care Calls to former clients.
- Hourly rate with monthly bonuses based on sales (roughly $20,000 annually to start, room for growth).
- Eligible employees receive wellness and home office reimbursements worth up to $7,800 annually.
