Account Management Representative
Compensation Range: $90,000 - $135,000
Location:
Baton Rouge, LA (Remote based with occasional visits to the office)

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join Munters and contribute to turning customer needs into sustainable, energy-efficient Munters solutions.
Responsibilities- Manage assigned customer, territory, or market activities in line with sales targets and Munters priorities.
- Identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, and translate Munters value propositions into relevant commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, service, and operations teams to align solutions, pricing, delivery expectations, and customer commitments.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, customer, and opportunity information in relevant business systems.
- Represent Munters professionally in customer meetings, negotiations, site discussions, and internal reviews.
- Contribute market, customer, competitor, and application insights to support business planning and continuous improvement.
- Customer and commercial orientation with the ability to understand technical solutions and business value.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured approach to pipeline management, forecasting, documentation, and follow-up.
- Ability to collaborate across sales, engineering, service, supply chain, and finance.
- Education typically aligned with:
University degree, Specialized schooling. - Relevant experience typically: 0-2 years.
