- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role; experience in professional services, accounting, or finance is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport through phone or video calls
- Strong persuasive selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify opportunities, understand market trends, and develop targeted outreach strategies
- Proven success working remotely with excellent time management, communication, and self-direction
- Proficiency using digital collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom
, and marketing automation platforms - Hands‑on experience using CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, Hub Spot
, or similar software - Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Highly motivated self‑starter with strong ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Positive attitude with a proactive and self‑motivated work ethic
- Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to establish trust and foster long‑term client partnerships
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment

- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving sales strategies and business processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
- Familiarity with the bookkeeping, tax, or accounting industry is a significant advantage
- Knowledge of consultative selling, solution‑based sales methodologies, and sales best practices
- Main internet connection with at least 20 Mbps and backup internet with at least 10 Mbps
- Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 processor and 8 GB RAM, plus a backup device with at least an Intel Core i3 processor
- Backup equipment must remain functional during power interruptions

- Research and identify potential clients and target industries.
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns through email, phone calls, and social media.
- Schedule and conduct virtual discovery meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling client‑focused sales presentations
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships that foster trust and loyalty
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients throughout the sales process
- Partner closely with the operations team to ensure seamless client handover and onboarding
- Represent the firm as a trusted provider of outsourced bookkeeping and tax services
- Participate in virtual networking events and webinars to connect with prospective clients and partners
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and content that increase engagement and brand awareness
- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends
- Stay informed about industry developments to identify emerging business opportunities
