What You’ll Earn

Base salary starting at $45,000+
Realistic Year 1 earnings: $55,000–$80,000+
Uncapped commission (top performers earn significantly more)
Bonus based on individual and team performance

What You'll Do

Connect with clients from inbound leads, referrals, and existing accounts
Identify needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
Help clients with policy updates, billing, and claims support

Follow up on leads and participate in local networking opportunities
Work toward individual and team sales goals

Who We’re Looking For
