This is a permanent remote position; must be located in Central Standard Time (CST) or Mountain Time (MT). The position requires travel to the Headquarters in Lansdale, PA for onboarding and training during the first week. Please do not apply unless you can travel to Headquarters during that period.
Must have lighting/electrical industry experience to be considered.
The OpportunityThe Inside Sales Support Associate works closely with the Distributor Sales Team to drive sales and maintain crucial relationships with the internal team, external sales representatives, and customers. This position safeguards the customer experience and promotes Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise.
Your Impact- Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Initiate sales opportunities with existing and new customers via outbound cold calling and inbound calls.
- Manage new price requests and maintain records in CRM software.
- Serve as liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone regarding existing orders.
- Follow up on sample requests and new quotes in a timely manner.
- Check availability of orders and stock and communicate to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Cross-reference other manufacturers’ part numbers to Keystone products, ensuring accurate product matching and supporting customers with equivalent solutions.
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required.
- 1–2 years of inside sales experience.
- Outstanding customer service skills with rapid response and clarity in communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and CRM software; experience with Prophet 21 preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform in a time‑sensitive environment.
- Comfortable with phone interaction and strong verbal communication.
- Works well independently or on a team.
