Our Remote Inside Sales Representative position is available to candidates based in Kentucky, Arkansas, and Missouri. Applicants must reside within these states to be considered. The role handles inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders on insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

- Paid training begins from day one in a remote work environment.
- All inbound sales representatives need a Property & Casualty Insurance license; paid training covers licensing for unlicensed hires.
- Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

- Must be available to work a schedule of four weekdays and one weekend day. Shift options are 11:30‑8 pm EST, 12:30‑9 pm EST, or 1:30‑10 pm EST. This schedule can be expected for a minimum of six months before consideration for another shift.
- All computer equipment is provided. Must maintain a professional workspace, dedicated desk, and wired high‑speed internet with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload. Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
- 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
- Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers.
- Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Property & Casualty license required after hire.
