Our organization is growing. This Sales Representative role presents the opportunity for challenge and creativity. Position is based in the Ottawa‑Gatineau area. This role is part of a collaborative team which works together to achieve desired outcomes for Interactive AV (IAV) and our customers.

- Daily Sales Prospecting as well as managing and growing existing client accounts;
- Account planning & plan execution (Sales Pipeline management and reporting);
- Continually develop technological skills relevant to support IAV, customers and suppliers;
- Work collaboratively within the Team;
- Participate and lead in‑person & virtual meetings, presentations, demonstrations and needs consultation meetings;
Role is Outbound in nature and requires very regular in‑person meetings.
In‑person meetings remain a key expectation of our customers.
- IAV’s work environment is Collaborative Hybrid:
Mixture of In‑Office and remote working; - Respond to proposals, quotations, RFP/RFI/RFQ’s, tenders and other customer requirements;
- Maintain in good standing a valid driver’s license and related insurance;
- Be able to obtain & maintain security clearances;
- Report, manage & monitor sales KPI’s and leverage CRM tools daily;
- Self Motivated and driven to compete and succeed;
- Excellent time management skills, as well as computer skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork, plus written & oral communication skills;
- Bilingualism (at least Eng/Fr) is a distinct asset;
- Have at least 3‑years technology sales experience, especially with Canadian Federal Government & private industry, as well as selling ‘managed services’;
