Join T&T Diesel Power as a Business Development Representative and drive lead generation in a hybrid work model. Focus on sourcing new clients and scheduling impactful sales meetings.
In this hybrid position, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary goal is to identify business opportunities through outbound prospecting across various industries. This role will enable you to develop skills in cold calling, email outreach, and CRM management while collaborating with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source new business through outbound prospecting efforts
• Research and identify prospective customers
• Schedule sales meetings via cold calling and email outreach
• Manage leads and maintain CRM data
• Participate in sales meetings for coaching and feedback
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in Business Development or Customer Service
• Outbound prospecting experience preferred
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Organized with excellent time management
• Eager to learn and self-motivated
