Online Sales Associate

Our client is a growing national organization seeking a motivated and results-driven Online Sales Associate to join their e-commerce team
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, driving sales through online platforms, and delivering a strong customer experience from first interaction to delivery.

• Manage and maintain online product listings across platforms (website, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and close sales
• Follow up on leads to drive conversions
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Address concerns and ensure a positive buying experience
• Monitor reviews and customer feedback
• Create and manage online promotions, social media posts, and marketing efforts
• Partner with marketing on campaigns and advertising strategies
• Track market trends and competitor pricing
• Coordinate with inventory team to ensure product availability and order fulfillment
• Track orders and assist with delivery or service-related issues
• Monitor sales performance metrics and identify growth opportunities

• 2+ years of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or customer service
• Experience with Facebook Marketplace or similar online sales platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms is a plus
