Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will sell digital color presses, office copiers, printers, scanners, and managed print and IT services to SMB and mid-market businesses across the GTA and surrounding area (up to 200 km from Markham). You will be selling primarily to Controllers, Purchasing Managers, and business owners at companies with 20 to 1,000 employees. This role is 50% new business development and 50% account management and renewal activity.
Approximately 50% of lead generation is company-supplied; the remaining 50% is self-generated through cold outreach and prospecting. This is an existing and expanding role reporting directly to the Sales Partner (Sales Manager). The base salary is $60,000–$65,000 CAD, plus commissions and bonuses.

Our client was founded in 2007 and has been operating for 18 years as a partnership. Headquartered in Markham, Ontario, they are a distributor and service provider of digital color presses, office copiers, printers, scanners, and document management solutions. They also provide IT services, managed print services, and full service and supply support for all equipment sold. The company is currently in a scale-up phase with 25–50% annual revenue growth and a team of 13 employees, all based locally at the Markham headquarters.
The environment is hands-on and performance-focused. Leadership is lean and expects reps to operate with a high degree of independence. Monday morning pipeline reviews with the Sales Manager are the primary team touchpoint. Clients include Sure Print and Design, Thapliyal and Rai Law Firm, Fine Ford Lincoln Sale & Service Ltd., and THS Industries Ltd.

Hybrid — field-based for client visits, work from home otherwise. Mandatory Monday morning in-office pipeline review meeting. - Territory:

Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week. No evening or weekend client requirements. - Valid Ontario driver’s licence and personal vehicle required
- 2–7 years of B2B sales experience required; earlier-career candidates (2–4 years) with strong fundamentals and demonstrated hunting activity are encouraged to apply
- Industry experience in office equipment, document solutions, managed print services, or adjacent technology (IT hardware, SaaS, telecom, payments/POS, business services) is an asset but not required — product training is provided
- Demonstrated hunting orientation: self-generated pipeline, cold outreach, and new account development in current or recent role
- Experience selling to SMB and mid-market clients (20–1,000 employees); comfortable calling on Controllers, Purchasing Managers, and business owners
- Proficiency with a CRM (any platform); must be able to learn Samurai quickly
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Drive/Docs
- Post-secondary education (university or college degree) preferred but not a hard requirement
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and personal vehicle required; must be able to attend Monday morning meetings in Markham
