In this remote position requiring 40–50% travel, you'll enhance relationships with Indigenous leadership in Quebec and Atlantic Canada. Collaborate with various teams, represent the company at events, and support Indigenous engagement strategies while ensuring compliance with legal obligations. Ideal candidates will have a strong awareness of Indigenous cultures and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build respectful relationships with Indigenous communities

• Represent the company at community and industry events

• Collaborate on proposals and partnerships

• Develop and implement Indigenous engagement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with all legal and financial obligations

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and French

• 3–5+ years in Indigenous Relations or business development

• Strong understanding of Indigenous cultures

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
