As they scale, they are building a lean but high-performing Sales Development function to drive demos and qualified pipeline in the US market.
Aboutthe Role
We are seeking a high-energy and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client’s growing sales team. This role will focus on high-volume outbound prospecting across cold calling, email, and Linked In, with the primary goal of booking qualified demos for Account Executives in the US market. The SDR will operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment targeting recruiting agencies, HR managers, and talent acquisition leaders.
Responsibilities- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to US-based prospects to generate qualified meetings
- Book demos and qualified sales opportunities for Account Executives (primary KPI)
- Execute structured but non-scripted, logic-based outbound conversations tailored to prospect pain points
- Manage multi-channel outreach including phone, email, and Linked In messaging
- Use CRM tools such as Hub Spot or Salesforce to manage pipeline and activity tracking
- Utilize power dialer tools such as Kixie or Nooks
- Source and develop own leads when needed, in addition to working assigned lists
- Prospect into ICP: recruiting agencies, HR managers, talent acquisition leaders, and staffing firms
- Maintain strong written communication standards in English for email and Linked In outreach
- Achieve monthly performance targets (20 qualified meetings/month)
- Ensure quality standards including 75% meeting attendance (SQL acceptance rate)
- Collaborate with internal sales team to refine outreach strategy
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales representative in a SaaS company
- Proven track record of booking qualified meetings through high-volume outbound prospecting
- Previous experience selling SaaS solutions is required
- Experience selling HR Tech, Recruiting Tech, Staffing Tech, ATS, or Talent Acquisition solutions is highly preferred
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience conducting cold calls with US-based prospects
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot or Salesforce
- Ability to understand software products, buyer pain points, and consultative sales conversations
- High ownership, resilience, and performance orientation
Candidates must have prior experience working for a SaaS company in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales capacity. Candidates coming exclusively from industries such as real estate, furniture, insurance, or other non-SaaS sales environments will not be considered.
We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of long-term commitment in their previous roles. Candidates with a history of frequent job changes (job hopping) will not be considered.
