Remote Collections Specialist (Latin America Only)

Are you a results-driven professional with a knack for negotiation and a passion for hitting targets? We are looking for a dedicated Collections Specialist to join our team. This is a 100% remote position specifically for candidates residing in Latin America who possess exceptional English communication skills.

• Role: Collections Specialist / Collections Agent
• Location: Fully Remote (Candidates must reside in Latin America)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Weekends Off)
• Compensation: US $6.00 per hour

• Conduct outbound calls and manage correspondence with customers regarding overdue accounts.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining professional rapport.
• Accurately document all communication and payment updates in our system.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies that may be delaying payments.
• Meet and exceed monthly collection targets and KPIs.

• Experience: 1–2 years of recent experience in debt collections.
• Language: Advanced/Fluent English (both verbal and written) is mandatory. You must be comfortable navigating complex conversations in English.
