About Decentralized Masters
Decentralized Masters is an educational platform that teaches retail customers how to leverage the new world of Decentralized Finance to preserve and grow their capital. We give people the weapons to take back control over their financial future. By leveraging DeFi, we allow them to multiply their capital before it's eaten by inflation and thrive in uncertain times. We train customers with no prior crypto experience to become DeFi Masters with our custom videos, live sessions, 1on1s with mentors, proprietary tools, research reports and more.

- Describe and sell our offering to potential customers
- Issue contracts and process payments
- Communicate with customers via Zoom or other company‑allocated channels
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company's services
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers to facilitate sales
- Use data to help customers understand how we can help them achieve their goals
- Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed
- Ensure professional camera practices during all meetings and client interactions

Requirements- Experience in a B2C offer, especially one‑call closes and collecting payments on the call
- Full‑time availability
- Solid track record, at least $100k closed as a remote closer
- Hungry, competitive, coachable, and willing to work long hours to develop skills
- Previous successful sales experience
- Bonus if familiar with or sold to our market before
- High quality references available
- Interpersonal skills, time management, quick thinking
- Marketing content that does the heavy lifting
- 5 highly qualified and filtered calls a day
- 12‑14% commission on cash collected
- $30–50k OTE per month on commission‑only basis
