Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through inbound leads and prospecting.
- Sell digital advertising and software solutions to real estate professionals nationwide.
- Diligently follow up with all leads, overcome objections, and drive the full sales cycle.
- Demonstrate product value via written communication, phone calls, online demos, and presentations to individuals and teams.
- Create an effective handoff to Onboarding and Customer Success teams.
- Continuously seek new ways to grow professionally and personally.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, key players, and the U.S. real‑estate economy.
Skills and Qualifications
- Prior sales experience in B2B/B2C, service, or hospitality industry preferred.
- High personal accountability and strong standards.
- Team player willing to learn and grow a sales career.
- Excellent listening, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Independent, self‑motivated, and capable of thriving while working remotely.
- Strong time‑management and discipline.

Commission is calculated on a monthly basis:
- 25% commission on revenue until the monthly quota is achieved.
- 60% commission on revenue above the monthly quota.
Additional monthly bonuses are available:
- Achieve $4,500 MRR – $500 bonus.
- Achieve $5,000 MRR – $500 bonus.
- Achieve $6,000 MRR – $500 bonus.
- Achieve $7,000 MRR – $500 bonus.
- Achieve $8,000 MRR – $1,000 bonus.
Setup and change fees are paid at 50% bonus per month (e.g., $1,000 fee yields a $500 bonus), which can be paid as a cash spiff or included in the monthly compensation.
