OverviewSales Tech LLC is seeking motivated and goal-oriented Remote Appointment Setters to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for individuals who value flexibility, performance-based earnings, and opportunities for advancement within sales. You will engage with warm leads through Facebook direct messaging—no cold calling.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate and manage conversations with warm leads via Facebook messaging
- Qualify prospects using established criteria and schedule calls for our closing team
- Maintain accurate records and complete timely follow-ups
- Meet weekly targets for booked and attended calls
- Participate in team calls and contribute to improving workflows
- $100 per booked and attended sales call
- 10% commission on closed deals (average deal size: $3,000–$7,000)
- 1:1 onboarding and ongoing weekly coaching
- Fully remote work with flexible scheduling
- Must be based in the United States
- Eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor
- Strong written communication skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently
- Sales or appointment-setting experience is helpful but not required
This is a commission-only position. Earnings vary based on individual performance. There is no base salary.
Training and mentorship are provided at no upfront cost to qualified candidates; details are shared during the interview process.
