- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline, and account health data in Hub Spot.
- Prioritize your book of business by potential, ensuring the right level of service across accounts.
- Surface process improvements and client insights to help shape TLDR’s product and sales strategy.

- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.

- Collaborative, organized, and confident working autonomously.
- You’ve managed advertising or sponsorship campaigns end‑to‑end.
- You balance empathy with commercial instincts—both client‑first and performance‑driven.
- You thrive in high‑growth, fast‑moving environments with evolving processes.
- You think like a partner, not a vendor—and can speak the language of tech and media.
- You’re naturally curious, proactive, and driven to make things better.
- Haven’t worked in the media, advertising, or sponsorship space.
- Need highly prescriptive direction or prefer narrowly defined responsibilities.
- Don’t enjoy operating in ambiguity or startup environments.
- Lack familiarity with the tech/startup ecosystem.
