- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience, with at least 2 years in business development in the Data Center sector
- Strong understanding of Data Center infrastructure products and cooling technology
- Proven ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively in a selling environment
- Experience with or similar CRM programs
- Experience selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions
- Ability to define and quantify opportunities through customer research
- Proven track record of developing positive relationships in assigned account regions
- Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time
