B&T USA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - West to join our dynamic team. The Regional Sales Manager – West is responsible for managing accounts and independent sales reps throughout the Western territory. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new dealers by implementing sales techniques and custom programs for dealers in your territory. This position will work in concert with assigned independent sales reps and other internal B&T USA departments to provide support in achieving sales goals defined and established by upper management.
This is a remote position and requires residing in the defined territory.
- Responsible for all communications with managed account group, independent reps and dealers in assigned territory
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve regional sales targets and objectives
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitive threats, and industry trends
- Travels to trade shows and account visitation
- Product and sales recommendations
- Show and promotional representation of B&T USA
- Recognizing and reporting trends and competitive information
- Responsible for attaining sales targets
- Responsible for identifying new customers
- Develops and deploy sales presentations
- Trouble shoot various problems and develop corrective action to prevent reoccurrence
- Cross functional team builder/player with high levels of professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
- Must be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast work environment that has the potential to change due to regulatory and business needs
- Need to be detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- Essential duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Demonstrated success in sales/account management
- Proven experience in the firearms marketplace
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience working independently with little supervision

Remote, Monday to Friday.
Defined territory and state of residency required in Arizona, Idaho, Utah or Nevada.
