A leading North American e‑commerce fulfillment and technology provider is seeking a Senior Sales Director to drive new business acquisition across its portfolio of warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and order management solutions.

The Opportunity

You will own the full sales lifecycle and be responsible for developing and executing named‑account strategies that deliver new customer acquisition and sustained revenue growth. The role works cross‑functionally with Operations, Transportation, Account Management, Technology, and Executive Leadership to deliver scalable, high‑value solutions tailored to each vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles focused on new customer acquisition
  • Develop target account strategies and tactical penetration plans
  • Build and maintain relationships at VP and executive levels
  • Create compelling value propositions supported by ROI and cost‑benefit analysis
  • Execute against annual revenue targets for products and services
  • Partner with pre‑sales and solutions teams to deliver differentiated offerings
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
  • Leverage third‑party relationships and industry networks to generate opportunities
Ideal Background
  • 5+ years of enterprise or mid‑market sales experience within e‑commerce, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain solutions
  • Experience selling into one or more of the following:
    consumer electronics, automotive, industrial, food & beverage, or omnichannel retail
  • Proven success selling complex, high‑value solutions with longer sales cycles
  • Ability to sell multi‑threaded across business, operations, IT, and executive stakeholders
  • Self‑starter with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Location & Travel
  • Fully remote position
  • Approximately 50% regional travel required
