This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Business Development role based in West Palm Beach, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Business Development professional will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with property owners, insurance partners, and other referral sources, and promote United Water Restoration Group’s services within the local market. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, prospect outreach, conducting sales meetings and presentations, and following up on inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
The role also involves performing market research, tracking sales activity and performance metrics, collaborating with operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, and representing the company at local events and networking functions. The individual in this role will be expected to manage a sales pipeline, meet or exceed targets, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the organization.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and provide clear, professional support throughout the restoration process.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify new opportunities, develop targeted outreach strategies, and understand local market dynamics.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, evaluate performance, and support data-driven decision-making and forecasting.
- Experience in business development, outside sales, or account management in restoration, construction, property services, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and travel locally for client meetings and networking events as needed.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local business travel are strongly preferred.
