Medical Specialist - Pulmonology-Orlando, FL

Role Overview

• Engage Pulmonologists and other key customers in an assigned geography.
• Deliver clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue and consistently meet product goals.
• Demonstrate strong, consistent sales performance that exceeds forecast and expectations, in a compliant manner and in accordance with applicable pharmaceutical/bio promotion policies.

• Develop strategy and implement tactics within key accounts in Pulmonary therapeutic areas to generate product utilization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Pulmonary healthcare professionals (physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, office staff) and patient advocacy support groups.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and field/home office teams to proactively address customer needs.
• Analyze market dynamics and trends to develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
• Participate in initiatives supporting sales success (industry congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 2 years selling in the Respiratory market and/or a similar subcutaneous self‑injectable biologic specialty market (required).
• Advanced clinically based selling skills; results oriented with a proven track record with product launches.
• Experience in‑servicing/training office staff, nurses, and office managers; ability to collaborate with internal field teams and alliance partners.
• Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories.
