RF Sales Engineer

Job Overview

Centerline RF Engineering is looking for a highly motivated salesperson with experience or education in selling technical or engineering services to expand our presence within the MARKET region. This role blends business development with transactional sales and includes a competitive salary structure tied to closed sales.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, in‑person visits, and industry networking.
• Engage with OEMs, third‑party DAS operators, and direct venue & property owners to sell RF engineering services.
• Work independently from a home office while representing Centerline at industry events and local/regional meetings.
• Maintain regular in‑person meetings with regional clients and attend national industry events.
• Travel to customer locations (domestic by air) to present services and provide sales support.

• Preferred degrees in business management, communications, IT, engineering, marketing, or an MBA.
• Experience in sales or sales engineering.
• Industry experience in DAS/Small Cell preferred.
• Experience with public safety radio systems is a plus.
• Existing industry contacts in the MARKET region strongly preferred.
• Must reside within a two‑hour commute to the MARKET region.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish proficiency a plus).
• Comfortable presenting extemporaneously at industry events.
• Professional presence and ethical conduct.

This is a full‑time exempt position. Standard schedule:
Monday through Friday, with some evenings required.

Travel to customer locations domestic by air; valid driver’s license required; must be insurable under company policy.
