What You’ll Be Doing

• Connect with warm leads via phone or Zoom—no cold calling
• Educate individuals on financial protection and insurance options
• Guide clients through personalized solutions that fit their goals
• Track and manage your pipeline using our easy-to-use CRM
• Participate in mentorship calls and training sessions weekly
• Set and exceed performance goals to grow your income and impact

• Clear communicators who are coachable and proactive

• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a Life/Health Insurance License (we’ll help you with this)
