Education Consultant – Canada

The RoleThis consultative, relationship‑focused position engages with educators and district leaders to strengthen mathematics outcomes, deliver impactful demonstrations, and close deals while building a strong professional network.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic plan to generate leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and exceed new‑business quotas.
- Own the end‑to‑end sales process to successfully close new business deals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with educators, including teachers, principals, and district leaders, and confidently engage with senior‑level decision makers.
- Deliver engaging demonstrations and utilize solution‑value selling techniques to showcase Matific’s platform.
- Collaborate effectively with sales teams in other regions to share knowledge and develop best practices.
- Maintain strong communication and presentation skills.
- Travel as required.
- Educational background with credible sales experience.
- Fluency in English mandatory;
French language proficiency is a significant asset. - Legally authorised to work and reside in Canada.
- Positive, resilient attitude, strong sense of ownership, and highly organised, self‑motivated approach.
- Comfortable and confident working with senior education stakeholders.
- Competitive base remuneration plus uncapped commissions.
