Position OverviewULBS is seeking a driven and results‑oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and sustainability, and possess a strong ability to build and nurture relationships with customers across various industrial sectors. As a Sales Representative, you’ll expand ULBS’s market presence, educate clients on the benefits of our LiFePO4 battery technology, and provide exceptional service to meet and exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and develop new dealer business: identify and engage forklift dealers whose customers are in target industries (warehousing, logistics, manufacturing) and promote ULBS’s lithium battery products for their equipment.
- Build and maintain dealer relationships: foster long‑term partnerships, understand operational needs, and position ULBS products as effective solutions.
- Educate and advise dealers: clearly communicate the technical benefits and safety features of ULBS’s lithium batteries compared with traditional options.
- Meet and exceed sales targets: achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals, track progress, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service: serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for dealers throughout the sales process.
- Stay current with industry trends: monitor market developments, competitors, and new product innovations.
- Collaborate with internal teams: work closely with marketing, technical, and operations to ensure a seamless dealer/customer experience.
- Experience:
2+ years in industrial/B2B sales or a related field (battery technology, forklifts, or warehousing solutions is a plus). - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer‑focused problem‑solving skills.
- Basic understanding of lithium battery technology and industrial applications (knowledge of LiFePO4 batteries preferred but can be trained).
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
