We’re currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Wholesale Account Executive to support the Flyhomes Mortgage wholesale team. The Wholesale Account Executive role is critical to the success of our business, serving as a primary contact for transaction level support.

The Wholesale Account Executive will partner with an internal Account Support Specialist to ensure Flyhomes provides world class support to our network of loan officer partners.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Work an established network of loan officers to generate wholesale loan opportunities by promoting our unique short-term bridge loan products and Buy Before You Sell (BBYS) solutions.
  • Introduce and help onboard new loan officers, brokers, or lenders who are not yet in the Flyhomes network
  • Consistently call upon and build relationships with assigned network of loan officers
  • Through relationship building, develop a strong understanding of loan officer needs and ensure a high level of partner satisfaction and sales growth in your assigned network.

    Provide additional support to the back office team on wholesale loan fulfillment
  • Travel regularly to meet face-to-face with loan officers, branch managers, and referral partners to evangelize our products and services
  • Implement effective sales and training strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within your network of Loan Officers.
  • Provide loan officers with solutions, structure and loan submission support.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team to aid in the development of new products and the enhancement of existing ones.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of high producing mortgage sales experience as an account executive, sales manager, or loan originator.
  • Familiarity with bridge or non-QM loan programs, with the demonstrated ability to learn and sell new products.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive outlook and professional demeanor
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships
  • Ability to be attentive to details in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient verbal and written skills to effectively communicate
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel frequently, up to 50% of the time
  • Home office or equivalent with high-speed internet
  • An active mortgage originator’s license may be required in certain states

Compensation:

This position offers an attractive, uncapped commission-based compensation structure with the potential for significant earnings based on your sales performance. To support your ramp-up period, we provide a 3 month, non-recoverable draw of $5,000 per month against commissions that ensures a stable income stream while you build your pipeline.

Earnings for wholesale account executives their first year should range between $90,000 - $200,000. Earnings are directly tied to sales success, there is no cap on commissions.

This position is open to candidates located in Arizona, California, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Texas, Utah & Washington only.
