Job Type

Full-time Hybrid – Candidates must reside within the territory and be available for travel 2–5 days per week.

Compensation

Base draw range $50,000–$55,000 annually plus performance-based incentives. Salary varies based on education, experience, location, equity, and market alignment.

Location Details

Douglas, GA. This job operates in a hybrid environment between a home office and field-based positions.

Territory sales

Must currently reside in or near the location full-time to manage local client relationships and maximize sales opportunities.

Work Hours / Travel Requirement

Hours may vary based on customer needs. Evenings and weekends may be required.

Travel is primarily local to schools and organizations within the territory (2–5+ days a week). Some overnight travel may be expected.

Impact

The Field Sales Professional will serve as a consultative partner to schools, club select and travel programs, youth leagues, YMCA organizations, and other community-based athletic programs within the assigned territory. This role drives full-cycle sales execution—from proactive prospecting and lead generation to account management and post-sale service—while delivering best-in-class support that simplifies operations for coaches and program leaders.

By leveraging CRM tools, data insights, and disciplined territory planning, the Field Sales Professional will identify growth opportunities, expand multi-sport penetration within existing accounts, and build a strong pipeline of new business.

Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class consultative customer service to coaches across an assigned territory.
  • Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
  • Actively develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.
  • Resiliently handle rejection and persistence to turn challenges into opportunities.
  • Navigate multiple functions within the company’s CRM, including prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
  • Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels.
  • Utilize data-driven business intelligence to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Manage your account list and travel on location within your assigned territory.
Qualifications
  • High level of self-direction and autonomy in managing tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
  • Maintain a distraction-free in-home office environment.
Education / Experience
  • 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching/sports-related background.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.

  • Hybrid environment: prolonged periods of sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and driving occur regularly.
