Strategic Retirement Partners (SRP) is seeking a high-performing consultative sales professional who thrives on business development, relationship management, and helping organizations improve retirement outcomes. This is a lead-producing advisor role covering most of Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin with the opportunity to build a successful book of business and become a trusted retirement planning partner.
This is a Twin Cities work from home position with required travel for in-person meetings.

What You'll Do- Generate new business opportunities and grow a portfolio of retirement plan clients through consultative selling and relationship development.
- Consult with employers to design, implement, and manage customized retirement plan solutions.
- Present 401(k), 403(b), and other retirement plan strategies with confidence and credibility.
- Lead prospect and client meetings, identify needs, overcome objections, and guide decision-makers toward solutions.
- Deliver participant education meetings that strengthen client relationships and create additional growth opportunities.
- Consistently achieve business development and relationship management goals.
- Successful consultative sales professional with a proven record of business development success.
- Confident in high-stakes selling situations and comfortable asking for commitment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communicator who can influence executives, plan sponsors, and participants.
- Natural relationship builder passionate about delivering outstanding service and results.
- Three or more years of sales experience.
- Strong consultative selling and business development skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and inspire action.
- Secure home office with reliable high-speed internet.
- Experience in retirement plans, financial services, banking, insurance, or employee benefits.
- Knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.
- Fluency in Spanish.
Initial compensation aligned for training, development, and incentive to transition to significant performance-based compensation with no cap.
