Eligible applicants must live within a commutable distance to the Franklin, MA branch. This position is hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. Work-from-home requirements include high‑speed internet.
Hours:
8:45am‑5:15pm, every 4th Saturday 9:00am‑1:00pm (in office).
- Manage inbound loan inquiries and provide accurate information on consumer loan products and services.
- Utilize the CRM to qualify and manage loan product leads, converting qualified leads into opportunities.
- Collect required member documentation via secure channels and verify accuracy and completeness to meet underwriting and company requirements.
- Generate loan contracts and related sales agreements, prepare closing packages, and facilitate execution through electronic or in‑branch signings.
- Conduct follow‑up after closing to confirm receipt of all documentation and that members meet lender obligations.
- Maintain data integrity in CRM and loan systems by documenting every member interaction, loan stage, and closing action.
- Collaborate with lenders, branch staff, and sales managers to ensure timely and compliant loan processing.
- Adhere strictly to privacy and data security standards when handling PII.
- Provide consistent communication and updates to members throughout the loan cycle.
- Support departmental goals related to compliance accuracy, administrative quality, and sales performance.
- High School Diploma required.
- 1–2 years of experience in consumer lending, banking, or a related administrative or sales environment.
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check during pre‑employment screening and periodic re‑screening during employment, in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
- Compensation: Competitive base pay, annual bonus opportunities, and for certain roles, additional monthly and/or quarterly incentive compensation.
