Position: Account Executive – SMB SaaS (Sports Technology)

As we continue our rapid expansion across the U.S., we're looking for a high-performing, full-cycle Account Executive to help sports clubs modernize how they operate.

This is a true hunter role. You'll own the full sales cycle—from generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting to running demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. If you enjoy building pipeline, competing to win, and being rewarded for results, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Generate new business through outbound calling, email outreach, referrals and inbound opportunities
  • Conduct discovery calls with club owners, executive directors and administrators
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close new business
  • Help clubs transition from legacy software to Uplifter
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Product to deliver an exceptional customer experience
What we're looking for
  • Proven success in quota‑carrying B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Comfortable making outbound calls every day and building your own pipeline
  • Strong discovery, presentation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
  • Competitive, self‑motivated and highly coachable
  • Experience selling SMB software is highly desirable
  • Experience selling into sports, recreation or membership‑based organizations is a bonus, but not required

  • On‑Target Earnings (OTE) of $90,000–$140,000, depending on experience, with a 50/50 base salary and uncapped commission

Location
