Auto-Chlor System is seeking a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence throughout the Jackson, TN and Jonesboro, AR area and surrounding suburbs. This is a pure new business development role focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and helping restaurants, bars, hotels, and other hospitality operators improve their dishwashing and sanitation programs.

High Earning Potential:
- 1st Year: $75,000-$85,000 annually, top performers can expect $100,000 annually (base + commission).
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the Jonesboro, AR and Jackson, TN Market
- Call on restaurants, bars, hotels, country clubs, schools, and other food service operations
- Conduct in-person sales presentations and equipment demonstrations
- Build relationships with owners, operators, chefs, and decision-makers
- Manage your sales pipeline and consistently achieve growth goals
- Represent a trusted company with over 85 years of success in the hospitality industry
- 100% focused on new business development – no route service responsibilities
- Independent work environment – after training, you'll manage your own territory and schedule
- Work from home – most days begin from your home office before heading into the field
- Large, established territory covering Jackson, TN, Jonesboro, AR and the surrounding suburbs
- Opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while helping businesses improve their operations
- Self-motivated and competitive individuals who enjoy winning new business
- Strong relationship builders with excellent communication skills
- Professionals who are comfortable working independently and managing their time
- Previous outside sales experience and hospitality background is a plus, but a strong work ethic and desire to succeed are even more important
- At least 1 year of experience in cold calling
- At least 1 year of experience in new business development
