EF Go Ahead Tours is hiring a Tour Consultant for our Group Sales team, starting September 1st, 2026. The role is based in Cambridge, MA, with a requirement to live in Massachusetts or be within commutable distance. Employees may work from home on Fridays and will collaborate in the office Monday through Thursday.
The RoleOwn and grow a book of business comprised of Group Coordinators. Qualify, follow up, and convert sales leads to customers via outbound phone sales. Drive a mission of sustainable and scalable growth, tackle business challenges, and build a loyal customer base that travels with us year after year. You will be part of our Sales Development Program, receiving one‑on‑one coaching designed to promote professional growth and a deep understanding of the business.
Qualifications- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English. The majority of the role will be performed in English, but Spanish will be used as needed.

- First‑year On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $65,000 (base $50,000 + $15,000 bonus). Uncapped bonus for exceeding goals.
- Eligibility for promotion to Senior Tour Consultant after two years of exceeding goals, with OTE of $95,000 ($65,000 base + $30,000 bonus).
