About Total Power

Total Power (Total Network Support, Inc.) is a critical-power equipment and services company serving customers who cannot afford to lose power — data centers, hospitals, industrial facilities, and telecom operators. We design, sell, and service UPS and power-quality systems through exclusive OEM partnerships with Toshiba and Powersmiths. We're a growing, founder-led company entering an aggressive expansion phase, and Arizona is a centerpiece of that growth.

What

You'll Do
  • Hunt new business — relentlessly. This is a pure new-logo, outside-sales role. Your job is to open doors, build relationships, and bring in contracts across data center, healthcare, industrial, and telecom accounts throughout Arizona.
  • Sell equipment and service agreements. Primarily new equipment sales and multi-year service contracts (MSAs). Deal sizes range from sub-$1M to $15M–$50M+.
  • Own the territory. Build and manage your pipeline in our CRM (Zoho), drive your own activity, and run your patch like it's your own business — because in every way that matters, it is.
  • Leverage your support team. You won't be doing this alone (see below).
Why This Role Is Different
  • Exclusive territory. Total Power holds the Arizona rights for Toshiba and Powersmiths. You're not fighting internal reps for accounts — the market is yours to take.
  • You won't hunt alone. Our Powersmiths partner will travel with you on client visits, and you'll have a dedicated Sales Engineer backing you on the technical side. You bring the drive and the relationships; we bring the engineering firepower.
  • Real on-the-job training. No critical-power experience required. We'll teach you the technical side in the field, on real opportunities.
  • Premium products, large contracts. You're selling category-leading equipment into a market that's expanding fast.
  • Uncapped upside. Commission is paid on gross profit with no ceiling. The harder and smarter you hunt, the more you make — period.
  • Year 1 base salary of $60,000 (non-recoverable)
    plus uncapped commission on the gross profit of deals you close.
  • Health insurance — company-paid up to $1,000/month.
  • Retirement — 3% company match.
  • Company-provided cell phone.
  • Paid sick time as required by Arizona law.
  • Uncapped, performance-based earnings that scale with what you build. This is a ramp role — long sales cycles mean the big wins compound over time, and our established reps earn at a level that reflects the size of these contracts.
