Position Summary

The North East Territory Sales Manager is responsible for directing the planning, development, and execution of strategy and sales goals within their defined region to increase market share. Their role will include, but is not limited

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • wing:

    Meet or exceed regional sales quota and assigned KPIs. (provided upon offer le
  • Develop relationships wit h all K2 distributor branch managers, sales and others within the branches in your terri
  • tory.

    Develop relationships with the key EPCs / Solar Contractors’ executive management in your territory per your
  • KPIs.Meet face to face every week with the EPCs and Distributors in your territory per the assigned
  • KPIs.Gather and report details and VOC fro m all meetings, events and other activities into K2’s
  • CRM.Qualify, manage, propose, price, close and motivate customers to transition to K2 Sys
  • tems.

    Prepare and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with all Division and Branch Managers in your re
  • gion.

    Prepare and conduct all sales and marketing activities within the assigned region, including customer meetings, partner meetings, product training, industry events and other related activi
  • ties.

    Submit monthly forecasts from the distributor branches in your territory per the assigned
  • KPIs.Provide prompt, accurate and polite customer ser
  • vice.
    75% travel to partners, installers, events and other sites for sales calls, trainings, events, trade shows and other sales activi
  • ties.

Minimum Qualifications
