As a Sr Business Development Manager, you will spearhead revenue generation through the sale of sponsor ships for leading events and media properties in Hospitality, Technology and pharma verticals. Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of clients, nurturing long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role also involves creating tailored sponsorship packages, maintaining consistent lead generation, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion.

  • Consult with customers to develop customized event sponsor ships and integrated marketing campaigns based on their needs and objectives.
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Actively prospect and drive new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate weekly forecasts within our CRM database.
  • Work collaboratively to cross-sell new products to existing account base and new customers.
  • Represent our company and brand at trade shows, conferences, and other events.
  • Participate as a successful member of our sales team.
Your Experience & Education Include
  • 5+ years of proven expertise in Event and Media Sponsorship Sales, Sales, and Account Management.
  • Strong background in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Understanding of the events and media industry, with existing industry networks being a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.

The expected basic salary for this position ranges from $7,000- $8,000 SGD per month and a commission package. Salary offers are based on a broad scope of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, geographic and organizational factors are also considered.
