Professional Sales & Leadership Coach (Remote)

Southwestern Consulting is seeking a top‑producing salesperson who loves the art of selling and coaching. The role is fully remote and requires self‑management from a home office.

This is not a conventional 9‑to‑5 position. It demands a do‑whenever‑it‑takes mentality and a passion for building your own business while advancing the SWC coaching program.

As a SWC Coach, you will bring proven scripts, systems, and schedules to execute, but the responsibility for results lies with you.

• 10+ years of proven sales excellence
• Strong presentation and 1‑on‑1 communication skills for customized coaching
• Self‑generated leads and local relationship building with SWC national account companies
• Ability to work independently day‑to‑day while maintaining weekly or daily communication with partner coaches via phone, email, or CRM
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and commits to achieving set goals
• Self‑motivated, constantly learning, and passionate about having fun and growing internally
• Takes ownership and gets things DONE with a proactive approach
• Strong grasp of new technology, social media, business tools, and mobile apps
• Advanced skills with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Linked In, and ability to teach clients how to use these platforms
• Proficient in using the Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Execute proven scripts and run the provided coaching schedule
• Deliver coaching that aligns with SWC’s fundamental sales principles
• Partner with entrepreneurs to help them create their own schedules and income streams through coaching
• Support continuous growth of the SWC coaching program and community
