Join Schneider Electric as our Strategic Alliances Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa
, where you'll drive growth by building strategic partnerships with leading global technology vendors, OEMs, hyperscalers, and colocation providers. Working across strategy, executive stakeholder management, and joint go-to-market initiatives, you'll help expand Schneider Electric's presence in the rapidly growing hyperscale, edge, enterprise, and colocation data center markets across the region.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with strategic alliance partners.
- Build executive-level relationships across partner organizations.
- Drive integrated Schneider Electric infrastructure solutions within hyperscale, edge, enterprise and colocation markets.
- Generate and qualify strategic opportunities across Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Lead joint go-to-market initiatives and demand generation programs.
- Enable partner sales and technical teams on Schneider Electric solutions.
- Facilitate executive engagement and governance through regular business reviews.
- Collaborate with internal sales, solutions, marketing, and leadership teams to maximize alliance performance.
- Represent Schneider Electric at industry events, technical forums and executive round tables.
- Strategic alliance management expertise.
- Strong business development and channel management capabilities.
- Exceptional executive stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commercial acumen and partner growth planning experience.
- Strong understanding of data center ecosystems and infrastructure solutions.
- Experience leading complex multi-country initiatives.
- Ability to influence across matrix organizations.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent business planning abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and deliver business outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline.
- An MBA or postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
- 6+ years of experience in:
Strategic Alliances;
Channel Sales; OEM Partnerships;
Data Centre Sales;
Technology Ecosystem Development. - Strong knowledge of: UPS systems;
Data Center Cooling;
Power Distribution; DCIM and Monitoring Solutions. - Successful experience working across Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Understanding of African market dynamics, infrastructure development and regulatory environments.
- English fluency required.
- French language capability is advantageous.
- High autonomy with ownership over a diverse, impactful customer portfolio
